Biographical note of Lorenzo Cresti

Lorenzo Cresti is a policy advisor for The Left political group in the European Parliament in Brussels, where he works with the Committees on Economic and Monetary Affairs and on Employment and Social Affairs.  He holds a PhD in Economics from the Sant’ Anna School of Advanced Studies in Pisa and has previously worked as a researcher at the Enrico Fermi Research Center in Rome.  His research interests include industrial policy, European political economy, global value chains, and the automotive industry.
