Claudio Cozza is an industrial economist, currently associate professor in economic policy at the University of Naples “Parthenope”, Italy. His research has focused on the economics of innovation (R&D internationalization, innovation asymmetries across European regions) and on the theory of multinational firms (from both advanced and emerging countries), monopoly capitalism and imperialism. He has conducted research and teaching activity in several European Universities and research organisations. Over the last twenty years he has participated in several international and EU-funded research projects. As an activist, he has been mostly involved in teaching Marxian economics to young militants.
