Rosaria Rita Canale (Phd) is Full Professor of Economic Policy at the University of Naples “Parthenope”, Department of Business and Economics (Italy)- She received a PhD in Economics and development policies (1997) at the University of Naples “Federico II”. She is research fellow at the National Research Council (CNR), Institute for Mediterranean Studies (ISMED), member of the Post-Keynesian Study Group (PKSG), of the Italian Economic Society (SIE) and of Euromemo group. Her main research interests are international economics, Eurozone, fiscal policy, monetary policy, inequality and poverty in advanced economies, labour market, financial markets, Italian Economy and the North-South divide. Her most recent publications – several international articles and a book – focus on the asymmetrical effects of fiscal and monetary policy in the Eurozone.
